Standard Delivery

Each of the tapes in your order will be drop-shipped to you from the producer or the producer's chosen duplication house, so your entire order may arrive in several packages. Orders are usually in your hands in 10 days or less.

International Orders: All videos shipped are NTSC format on VHS tape. PAL format tapes are only available where specified. Please be aware that we are not responsible for possible confiscations by Customs Officials in your country or ours. Most shipments arrive within 15 days. All International orders are subject to an additional $20 shipping charge.

IMPORTANT
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duty and taxes, depending on your local laws. We have no control over additional charges and you are solely responsible for these extra expenses. International orders may also be subject to Customs search and holding, depending on your local laws. This may delay the delivery time of your order, if your local Customs office holds your package. GLBT Online/Dependanet is not responsible for these delays, and you should also understand that occasionally your Customs office may find an item you have purchased to be illegal for import into your country and may confiscate your order. GLBT Online/Dependanet is not responsible for these actions and does not offer a refund on non-delivered packages shipped outside of US.
